About the Developer

Al Hamra Real Estate Development was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Ras Al Khaimah. The head of the company is Benoy Kurien, who has extensive experience in strategy development and implementation, as well as marketing and facilities management. Christopher Hewett is the Vice-President of Hospitality at Al Hamra.

Al Hamra invests in residential, commercial and leisure properties. The company is responsible for the development of landmark projects in Ras Al Khaimah such as the coastal community of Al Hamra Village, Al Hamra Golf Club, Al Hamra Waterfront with F&B venues, Manar Mall and Al Hamra Mall. The company also created the buildings of the world-famous hotel chains The Ritz Carlton and Sofitel.

The demands of permanent residents and tourists are monitored by the developer who tries to adhere to their needs by using innovative elements during the construction of their projects. For instance, during the construction of Falcon Island, world-class equipment was used which allows the maximum use of renewable energy sources. The development provides residents of the community with better air conditioning, as well as reducing electricity costs.
