In the case of any violation of the Terms, DubaiPlatinum.com reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations. 10.   User acknowledges that the data supplier for DubaiPlatinum.com is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to, those incurred as a result of lost profits or revenue, loss of use of the data or loss of any substitute data, contained on the Web Site, or claims by third parties, or for other similar costs. Account Removal
