LIV Developers is Dubai-based real estate development company established in 2000. The company originated in Los Angeles and New York where they have been constructing high-end property.

The CEO of LIV Developers is Latif Habib while the director of the company is Ishan Khwaja. In 2018 LIV Developers launched their first project, LIV Residence, in Dubai Marina.

The project was successfully delivered by May 2020 and now it is ready to move-in.

LIV Developers plans new residential projects in other prestige areas of Dubai including Emirate Hills, Business Bay, Perl Jumeirah and Downtown Jebel Ali.
